Pharrell's organization "I AM OTHER" encourages youth to take pride in their unique qualities and in turn use those qualities to be innovators of culture and technology. 

It promotes individuality, originality and innovation.   (Among this young group, are music artist Leah LaBelle, Alyssa Bernal, Buddy, and Maxine Ashley.....)

OTHERS defy expectations and stereotypes. We are curious, ambitious, energetic and have every intention of squeezing the most out of life. Above all, we are individuals.

OTHERS believe individuality is the new wealth. Experiences are the new assets to acquire. Whoever is the most individual wins.
