Surf up your make-up

spring break part 2

Yes, yes, yes, I am almost ready to go .....ready to leave Belgium for spring break to go bodyboarding !!!!!!! "boogieboarding"....am searching for my fins, can't wait to go, hope I can catch some nice waves, hope I'll survive ! Need to get some more inspiration from the best female bodyboarder Neymara Carvalho, one of my icons of bodyboarding ( 5 time world champion, just won the 2011 women's pipeline pro ..)  , please give me some tips .....

Yeah, springbreak  ! Victoria Secret hosted " Springbreak Miami 2011"with Pink models Chanel and Behati. Beach challenges, fun freebies, shopping, music...... party time !








You don't need to go to Miami to party, each capital has a beach nowadays. Antwerp's fantastic loungy beach "Strantwerpen"is back and ready for spring and summer in the city (with a beach pavilion, terrace, loungebeds, outdoor bar, live DJ's, parties )........

Pimp your bike

Footjam whips, lowover jumps, wallrides........if that's not your thing and you rather go shopping, you can start by bying the right bike or pimp your old one ....be creative with your forks, bars, stems, wheels (why not fluo ?), pedals (see-thru ones ...) ....., just let your imagination go.  I would go for a yellow glow in the dark paint myself ....

Gold tooth ? check,  Gettoblaster ? check,  Pimped bike ? wait a minute .....

OMG ! Pimped bikes are soooooo cool, Hip-hop artists like Kanye West and my darling Pharrell Williams are big fans : Pharrell worked together with Domeau& Peres and Brooklyn Machine Works to create a high end fixed gear bike: all yellow with leather applications .....

Living in style

Todd Selby had the honour to visit the stylish loft In NY of It-girl Julia Restoin Roitfield (daughter of ex-french Vogue EIC Carine Roitfield). I know it's a while ago, but I still love his pictures, and I love the emptyness of the loft ....  

Julia has lots of books (and Vogue's) but hates shelves, loves marble coffee tables and side tables, shoes, shoes and more shoes ...and jewellery

No, it's not a dog but a sofa....
