SHOPPING FOR THIGHTS

Being active is your chance to make a fashion statement. Not only during my workout, but wether I am running some errands, running on a treadmill or running to catch a flight,I want my outfit to look good.(You never know who you'll meet). As a runner I am always looking for a perfect pair of tights that aren’t going to go see through when I’m sweating. Seriously, the fabric is SO important. The four most important criteria when I shop for tights: Hold me in,not be in anyway see-through, not show how much I’m getting my sweat on, look fashionable. Surely thats not too much to ask for right? Functional but chic.I have to admit that I own lots, but I also use them lots, but still, the pictures here on my blog definitely give me some fitness fashion inspiration to go and look for some new ones. You need some variety, the more the better. You don't want someone with exactly the same outfit as you  ....

THAT PERFECT SPORTSBRA

 Let's get this body moving, cause workout season has arrived. I feel like i’m wearing the same outfit each session, so it is definitely time to update my look – keeping it stylish of course, but with some fresh fabrics and detailing.

The perfect workout gear always starts with a perfect sports bra.
I’ve been wanting to get the perfect crop top for a while,one that is perfect for high impact when I go for a run. One with a flattering shape while also not being too constrictive. 

Many women experience redness or even sore spots on their bust after working out due to an improper fitting sports bra,

so finding a sports bra that is both supportive and has the ability to move with my body is key.

You can imagine I was very interested when "Anita_since_1886" proposed me to try "Momentum" (their high impact sports bra)   during a boxing class given by the 4time world champion Christina Hammer.

So of I went to the Antwerp Boxing Academy....

  The Anita sports bra fitted snug to my body and is made of a  metallically shimmmering, highly functional fabric.It features a, soft, seam free towelling lining inside to prevent chafing and help with sweat management. 

  I put this bra to the ultimate test during my boxing session (where I sweat A LOT) and nothing came through the fabric and I even went for a run the next day ...!
